CLEANING
The properties will be thoroughly cleaned in anticipation of your arrival. We ask youkindly to start to undo your beds and leave it tidy as you found it.

REGULATION
The minimum stay is one week during July and August unless otherwise agreed with theowners.
Start / End Date: Saturday.
At the reservation will require a deposit of 20% with the balance in cash upon arrival.
A deposit of € 100 per week of stay, paid on arrival and refunded on departure
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
The accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure (let's availabilityfor luggage)
Upon arrival the accommodation will be occupied by 5h pm, if your apartment wasavailable before this time we will be happy to deliver them in advance.
